   I can try but i am not allowed to 100% recreate it because it has not been specified as an inactive plugin even though it looks like it has been discontinued

   You don't have to "steal" it. It can have simple config like
   

   Code:

   hooks:
       example:
           hook: '*example*'    (*=before/after)
           reply: Hey! This is an example!
   
           

   I just want it to catch a simple hook not a specific question
