[REQ] Random Number Generator (Dice) w/ supporting Perms 2.0/2.X

Does anyone know a Random Number Generator ( AKA a Dice) with permission nodes that supports Perms 2.0/2.x. I have requested permission nodes on the ERoll plugin, but that was a while back, and the author has not yet responded.

If there is not a suitable plugin, would someone be able to create it. It seems quite easy, with the commands being: /roll 1 200. That would roll a number from 1 to 200.

Uuuh.... why do you need Permissions?

 

i think he saw this on warcraft maps....
its quite handy for when you want to decide something like who gets the last item, or who gets to mine a specific block.
who ever rolls the highest number gets the permission

 

No, so only curtain groups of people can use this command. E.g. Traders the server.
