[REQ] /helpme "whit config"! (Simple Plugin!)

    Greetings,

    I am in a desperatly need of an VERY simple plugin!

    I whant it to be able to type "/helpme" in game, and then it will show an text that i can edit in an config file!

    I hope some1 can make this fast for me! :)
