[REQ]EXP Plugin

    So, EXP orbs are known causes of lag on a server. My server runs 1.9 and my users would love to enchant items. Is there a plugin that maybe gives you EXP without physically dropping the orbs? Would that even help the problem? If there isn't one, I would love to see it created.

    Not quite sure if that is what I'm looking for, I want more of a Virtual EXP system that would still work for enchantments, so the orbs are never dropped.
