Hi, I've got a sort of setup where we offer in-game services for in-game iConomy money, and I'm looking for a plugin that allows this: A [customer] uses the command eg; '/tv'. (could be customizable to any or many) Anyone in the usergroup (Permissions) eg; 'TVCompany" is notified of this, along with the [customer] username, time, date, via a mail system just like Essentials'. (I use CommandBook, so :/ ). This could also have options for personal, or a group. (a user notified as opposed to an entire group) Since this is in the 'mail system', anyone in the 'TVCompany" user in said group can attend to the [customer], sort the issue/service out, and flag the 'e-mail/ticket' as closed/attended to. Use the plugin that makes any command an iConomy command, thus charging for this 'system'. (I forgot the name. :3 ) Profit! Or, just a port of the mail system found in Essentials, into a standalone plugin. :3 Thanks.
