So The Plugin I need is the plugin that you can make a custom plugin by putting each effect that included with minecraft (ex. Jump boost, Haste, Nausea, Blindness) And also the ability to make a custom level too (ex. Strength 10) The way it work is that when you hold the glass bottle, you just type in the command that you need which ability, which level, then normal or splash. thank you! um sorry but I don't know about programming.
