ReportedException: Ticking entity

Hello guys,

Since my server started (hosted by a hosting company, not myself) the server's memory slowly goes up every time I reboot it, until its at 100% of the memory, and then it has a random chance or something that it just goes down, and I will have to manually reboot it.

It's caused by this:

net.minecraft.server.v1_4_6.ReportedException: Ticking entity
