Repeat message ban plugin

Hi guys

Recently my server has been attacked by a guy with thousands of alt accounts, spamming. He avoids anti spam plugins by only sending one message from each of his 30 accounts on the server at one time. Does a plugin exist to ban all people who repeat a message or same /me command if there is e.g 5 messages the same within 2 seconds? If not could someone consider making a plugin? I need a plugin like this urgently!

 

You shouldn't use a plugin for this, but instead limit the external connections to your server right at the OS level, and not when it's already too late - when they already are in Minecraft. For example, on Linux, you can do this with the iptables.
