Plugin Request Rent door.

Suggested name: RentDoor

What I want: I'm making a roleplay server and i want my players to be able to rent houses. There will only be one door in every single house which is the front door. I want it to be so players can rent this door/house for specific amount of time. My server is running 1.8.3 version btw.
The way i want the administrator or the person who got permission to set it up is on a sign
[RentDoor]
Time
Price

Ideas for commands:
I dont think this is really needed but.
/RentDoor help
/Rentdoor reload (Not important!)

Ideas for permissions:
rentdoor.create
rentdoor.rent

My plugin AreaShop can do what you want, and probably even a lot more. All the things you don't need can be turned of or simply hidden by denying permission to the players.
