No plugin needed, you just need to set the essentials locale file The default locale file is inside the essentials.jar file so to define custom messages you need to upload the correct locale file to the essentials directory I modified the messages_en.properties locale file for you by removing the "warping to" message. And also how would one remove a message from a plugin with another plugin , and offers aren't allowed here I believe. But I think you got the answer already above.

Oops forgot something In the Essentials config find the line "#locale: en" and remove the # at the begining to uncomment the line, save and reupload the config and restart the server
I dont know what the issue is becasue it works perfectly for me 1) post your essentials config to pastebin and post the link here 2) are you using any other warp plugins? 3) what files are in your essentials folder in the plugin folder?
