   hawkfalcon I managed to remove it using ProtocolLib (see last post in mentioned thread).
   
   Edit: For some reason if you switch to creative and drag and drop the item it gets the attribute back and I can't seem to stop that - I won't need to remove that for anyone in creative anyways.
