Plugin Request Remove Specific Item

    Suggested name: Item Removal

    What I want: I want to be able to remove specific items from players throughout the server. Example, all Diamond Helmet that has the nametag "PVP Diamond Helmet". (The /clear command don't seem to work for 1.8)

    I found something like https://bukkit.org/threads/remove-this-item-plugin.97008/ however the plugin wasn't develop.

    Ideas for commands: /itemremove <player> <itemname> <quantity> <datatag]

    Ideas for permissions: itemremove.admin

    When I'd like it by: As soon as possible
