Remove Everything Command

Suggested name: RemoveEverything

What I want:
So im using battlekits and if I give them speed for the kit and if they do /suicide their effects (speed) will still be there so you have to drink milk and I don't want to do that, not just that people can do like /archer then they go to /warp 1v1 and I don't want them to break rules so people will get annoyed and other stuff that can cheat the player from doing something. (I DONT WANT IT LIKE IF YOU TP ON A COMMAND BLOCK IT WILL REMOVE EVERYTHING)

Ideas for commands:
/re reload - reloads the plugin

Ideas for permissions:
removeeverything.teleport - removes everything when teleporting (not commandblocks)
removeeverything.bypass - bypass to remove everything
removeeverything.reload - /re reload
