Remove / Disable the spell lifesuckIII the server

    I have a server and these days I have found many swords with that enchantment lifesuckIII that server tighten kikea you saying "End Of Connection" and I also discovered that you can duplicate items with that sword, I would like to know how to disable or block the spell , Many Thanks to those who answer :)
