Release notes for 1.5 dev builds?

I'm happily using the 1.5 dev builds for my home server with my kids. I realize there are some things that aren't currently implemented (like scoring?) and some new 1.5 stuff that is (like quartz) My question is: What's the best place to track what's currently in the dev build vs what is still todo? Is there anything better than this?

Knowing what is supposed to work would save me from trying stuff that isn't implemented, and allow me to better file bugs, etc. Also having it build specific would help me know when it's worth updating.

Quartz is in the 1.5 dev build. You probably never reset your world_nether because if you don't you won't have quartz.
