Release date/eta for Bukkit?

hey guys...

I'm looking forward for Bukkit, especially because hmod is broken now. I've read what you've told about the release, but couldn't you be more specific? - We are many who wants a estimated time for Bukkit..

I dont ask for date, just eta - 1 week, few days, 1 month?
As i see it now it needs alot more work..

The Bukkit team are communicating with Mojang, in fact, they've got a meeting today apparently to discuss this.
We'll find out soon enough!

 

I know they had/have some licensing issues to work out, but development itself is taking place right now. There isn't going to be an ETA for completion yet because a lot has to be done, and that's not really going to be something that changes overnight, y'know? Just start keeping up with the dev builds and you'll have a pretty rough idea of what needs to be done/ when it'll be done.

 

Probably when it's finished. It may be later.

 

I agree that I would like to know when they are planning to have something out (alpha/beta/release) rather than just snapshots. I am not at all impatient, just curious, surely they must have a target?
