Question RedstonePVP axes 1.8.9(supporting 1.19)

Hi, Im looking for a plugin that has axes that have certain effects when u hit someone. For example If i hit the opponent with wither axe he gets a 6 second wither effect. These axes should also have a splash potion sound and particle.

List of Axes:
Strenght axe ( Gives the player that hits someone with the axe a 6 second strenght 2 effect)
Wither axe (Gives the oponent player that gets hit a 6 second wither 3 effect)
Poison axe (Gives the opponent player that gets hit a 6 second poison 3 effect)
Blindness Axe (Gives the opponent player that gets hit a 6 second blindness effect)
Weakness axe (Gives the opponent player that gets hit a 6 second weakness 2 effect)
Slowness axe (Gives the opponent player that gets hit a 6 second slowness effect)

All axes should also have sharpness 3
