Question Redstone Controlled Blocks

Is there a plugin out that will let me control a large about of blocks with redstone? There used to be something like this a while ago. In that plugin you would set the "command block" down and right click it then build to your hearts content then when you were done you would right-click the block again and it would be set, all you'd have to do is connect redstone and that building/structure would appear when the redstone was on and disappear when it was off. Does this plugin exist right now?
