Redirection to new port

i currently am rinning a mc server bukkit on the port 1234
but i want to change my port to the defult mc 25565
but i dont want to just change cuz people wont be able to connect any more
is there a way to redirect the port 1234 to 25565

 

Make a vanilla server, and add the motd (before you click on join server) "CHANGED IP=(ip) and leave it there for a while. And make your bukkit server run on 25565 at the same time. You will be able to because they are using idfferent ports so no confusion People will redirect.

 

ummm thanks but there is no way foward that port to another port

Make it run on your OLD port with a message "New server IP: *********"
