Recommended Plugins?

Hi, i've been gone for a while, but now i got interested in minecraft again, and, well, yeah.
So my server is pretty crappy right now (free build with only OP permissions). And it's hard for me to decide on a server idea, so it would be cool to have multiple world each with their own permissions. And do any of you know a good Flight plugin? I currently have IBICF (I believe I can fly) but that just sends you rocketing in a direction, and i prefer something more like creative mode's flying (double jump = hover) Well, thanks in advance!
