Solved read /rules in order to talk! dafuq?

From now on, my players have to type /rules in order to talk, when they do it. They still cant talk.
I really dont know which plugin it is. Im pretty sure it isn't essentials because this didn't happen before.

Is this with essentials you set it up?

 

essentials cannot force people to read /rules before they cant chat.

It isnt essentials, because it dosent say it in the config, and this didnt happen before.

try to remove the lasted installed plugins and see if you found the plugin that make this error.

 

SuckChat was the problem.
It was kind of useful, i need a plugin that changes the format from <[Boss]ChumChumx> to
[Boss]ChumChumx:
None seem to work with me.

 

use permissionsex chatmanger, you can edit it in there
