It spawns in a villager with speed one when /budder spawn is run on the nearest red concrete block the villager then runs 10 blocks forward at sprint speed turns 90 degrees and runs back and fourth JUMPING for 20 blocks at sprint speed until it is shot with a spectral arrow and then it repeats the process which it will then do 10 times and despawn I can send a a video which should help if your interisted
