Rank up through signs?

    Hi, I've looked around for quite a bit but can't seem to find too much. Would you guys recommend any plugins that allow users to rank up through clicking through signs (that doesn't require vault)?

    I'm using PermissionsEX at the moment. I was trying out ServerSigns, but I was having a lot of trouble with it.
