Random Lag Spikes

Whenever someone joins the server it lags and gives this error.

I didn't change ANYTHING and it just started doing this yesterday.

Running on Windows 7 32-bit
4gb Ram (3.5 Usable)
2.25 Ghz Pentium D (Dual Core)

Plugins (open) Plugins (close)

My server is unplayable because of this, any ideas?

maybe you have some glitchy or misconfigured plugins.

Try removing some until the problems go away.

 

Actually this is what's causing it, I think.

The end of stream error is always followed by lag.

 

Please post full logs instead of snippets...you might be leaving out helpful information.

 

From the start of the server; Extreme lag until endOfStream disconnection.

 

You'll need to copy/paste it since we can't scroll your console.

 

You don't need to scroll, all that's above is the plugins loading and there's nothing below.

 

And yet what was asked for was the full log and not just a snippet. I think the important parts are actually those that you decided not to include.

 

I don't think the log is needed after all.

It may be a corrupt region file, because whenever someone enters spawn, the lag happens for a couple minutes.

Hopefully auto merge is on

Now its been lagging for 40+ minutes after I restarted it...
Anytime someone leaves it says the endofstream error.
Let me get some logs
