Raiding/Using economy with preciousstones?

    I need to know how to raid with preciousstones. If I set it prevent-destroy: true, can I set it so if people find the base they can raid it? Also, I need to set it up to where you have to spend a certain amount of money to get a certain claim. How can I do this?
