Plugin Request Race Plugin That Works With McMMO

Hey guys I am looking for someone who can make a race plugin that works with the McMMO plugin,
This is how the plugin should work, when you join the server there is a board with a list of 8 different races, depending on what race you choose you start off with different ability boosts, for example:
If you choose the English Race you start with Archery= Lvl 75 Smelting- Lvl 50 Repair- Lvl 30
I really can't put out a huge amount of money for this
