R-Tree or Priority R-Tree or what to check regions ?

    Hi

    Does any one would know what would be the best algorithm to check 2d regions ? For instance checking a block break w/o having to run the full list.

    Ive got into R-Tree and Priority R-Tree but im not sure how and witch to use.

    Would apreciate any help :)
