   Is making a plugin for a modded server different from making it for a craftbukkit or spigot server? If so how would I do it.

   Skionz To be fair, CraftBukkit IS a mod. To clarify, what we don't support is mods different from CraftBukkit.
   winitro To answer your question, if that modded server is modded with something not related to Bukkit in any respect, then yes, of course making plugins (if it even supports that) would be different.
