Question about bukkit plugins - multiple worlds & plugin isolation

Hi guys,

I'm fairly new to Minecraft and feeling a bit over my head with server management. Between lots of apparently popular plugins not working in 1.8 (maybe?), and lots of plugins having slightly unclear (to me at least) functionality, I can't figure out what to install so I can set up my server in this way:

• There are multiple worlds on the server. Players can switch between them at will, but they are otherwise entirely separate from each other.
  
  
• Each of those worlds has different plugins.

Is this possible in 1.8? If so, which plugins should I be using to accomplish it? If not, how close can I get? https://9apps.ooo/
