Problem/Bug Quester Permissions

Hi there,

I have had a real struggle with permissions since day 1 I put up my server, but after many struggles I finally got it working!.... I thought...
I have a problem with my Default group accepting quests from the plugin Quester (Author: @ragan262)
Quests are given with Quester NPCs using the citizens 2 plugin.
For some reason people are not able to start quests from Quester NPCs.

I have the feeling I am missing some permission nodes?
I have used:
citizens.quester.use.quests.start
quester.use.start
quester.use.npc

In my mind at least one of these would've been enough to cover the problem but no.
Defaults cannot start any quests from NPCs.
