Quarantine Plugin Assistance

Recently I've decided to make an extra world with multiworld to make a Zombie survival game in. The plugin I've chosen to make the game is the Quarantine plugin found here

If someone could find the time to login to my server and help me set up the regions and get the game to work I'd really appreciate it. I've been having a lot of problems.

The region plugin I'm using is regios which is supported by the Quarantine plugin. I'm not switching to WorldGuard just because I have too many regions set up through regios to start over.
