Plugin Request PyroAxe (Easy)

Suggested name: PyroAxe

What I want: I'd like A Plugin Where if i use the Command /Pyro Create it will give me a Sharpness 5 FireAspect 2 Diamond Axe With The Red Name PyroAxe and the lore {in red} I Come From The Iron Hills.

So When Ever a player Gets hit with it it does 3x Damage And Makes the Sound of a Anvil being placed and broke at the same time and it makes this sound when ever a player is hit even in a safezone. also the Pyro can be renamed by players to there liking but Still makes the sound and Does 3x damage.
Also can You Please make it 1.8

I want it to be a online shop item so it needs to stand out so if u can plz add 3x damage and anvil falling and breaking sound when ever a player is hit even in a safezone

Permission: pyroaxe.cmd - Gives permission to use command.
