Suggested name: PvpLevelsEdit

What I want: I want to change the levels it's self from &f[&aLvl 1&f] to &f[&6{LEVEL&f]. And then when it says (&a<name> has reached a killstreak of &7X&a!). I want that to (&9[Info] &b<name has reached a killstreak of X!. Then for a new level this is default (&a<name> has reached level X!) I want it: (&9[Info] &b<name> has reached level X!

Ideas for commands: Default is: /level set|add {level}

Ideas for permissions: None needed
