PvP Freeze Effect

Hi everyone !

I'm currently searching for a plugin which does that, when you look a player, you write a command like "freeze <duration>" and he's frozen. Plugins already do that, but you need to write the name of the player. I want that you only need to look at the target.


In the config file, we can change the range of the freeze.

When you get frozen, you can't do anything (if you want, you can stop the regen, but it's just an extra), and the player can't do anything. He can't change of weapon, attack, right click, break blocks...
