   I've seen plenty of plugins which can be used to make areas where PvP is not allowed, and have the rest of the world PvP, but I haven't been able to find a plugin which does the opposite. I want my entire world to have no PvP except one area, where players can kill eachother. Does anyone know of a plugin which can do this?

   I believe Towny has options for PvP in specific towns and blocking it in the wilderness.
