Push Player to use TexturePack? 1.6.4

    I know it used to be possible to make a player have a texture pack automatically download for them to use, is that still possible? if so would someone like to show me how, cheers :)

    You can't, it's broken in 1.6.4. You'll have to wait until 1.7.
