ProCars Plugin Please!

Suggested name: ProCars

What I want: A simple plugin that has different speeds of cars. Also, different permissions PER CAR (Players can buy with In-Game money - needs vault)! If it's possible for the players to ride blocks that are customizable in the config that would be great. Also if the speed of each kind of car was customizable that would be great too.

Ideas for commands: /car /hovercraft /sportscar /racecar

Ideas for permissions: procars.car, procars.hovercraft, etc.

When I'd like it by: ASAP

 

awesone_ness Is everyone allowed to use these cars or just Donators? If it is just Donators then this is violating the EULA.
