I don't know if this is really a problem. Server seems to work normally as always but today I started getting [SEVERE] Messages about bPermissions. This started happening right after I tried to install the "CreatureSpawn" plugin and I changed some permissions too. Right after I started getting those messages I deleted the plugin and changed the permissions back to as they were before, but this doesn't solve the problem. Server is still running normally as it did. But why do I keep getting these messages? I think the blockface website was down some time, so it couldn't connect. Don't worry though Nothing wrong with your plugins =D
