Question Problems with Multiverse

Whenever I get close to a hostile mob it disappears and the world is set to easy I have monsters on in the worlds file of multiverse and I can spawn them with a spawn egg for a matter of five seconds before they vanish.

 

Are you sure it's Multiverse? It could be another plugin causing this. Can you post your plugin list please?
