Problems with minecraft.

Hi, since I updated minecraft to the 1.3.1 version, I'm having some problems: First of all; I see chests without the upper part, like if all the chests where opened at the same time... Then, I see invisible signs with the words written on it floating in the air... Even, sometimes, I see only a part of the body of the players, for example: I see only a arm or a leg of the player, but not the complete body... I don't know if it is my problem or if it is a problem of the mods that I have installed, so I give you the list of the Mods that I use:
- ModLoader
- xRay
- InvTweaks
- Optifine

As a quick note, if you haven't updated your texture pack to 1.3.x you may see some of this.
