Problem with SilkSpawner/WorldGuard

Hello,
So i have faction server, and I want my players to buy spawners, when they buy it and place it, it is default pig spawner. When i give spawner with silkspawner command, it works..
[Not problem in permission, everyone can take/place spawner]

The standard mob_spawner (or whatever the item name is) is a pig spawner. The last time i worked with them, the thing they spawned was a property of the block. You're saying giving someone spawners with the silkspawner command does create the right spawner type when put down? Then the command is setting the property correctly and the shop is not.
