Problem/Bug Problem with 'permissions.yml'

    @macol11 Now we are getting somewhere.
    It probably disabled itself when it wasn't able to load the permissions.yml
    Please post your server log.

    @macol11 You have tabs in your permissions file, replace them with spaces.
    And please copy your log from your latest.log so the order isn't reversed.

    @macol11 Your spacing is off pretty much everywhere.
    You also misspelled prefix multiple times.

    Here's the YML file fixed.

    1. Formatting was incorrect
    2. "Prefix" was spelled "perfix"
    3. Group inheritance had incorrect capitalization

    (Ninja'd by tim... sorta?)
