Plugin Help Problem using Plotme v0.13b

Hello everyone.
I had a 1.7 server using this version of plotme, 0.13b. Everything working fine, now I'm trying to make the server just for 1.8.X but when I use /p home
it gives this error:

(It takes me to the house, but It gives this error)

When I just move to another players plot it gives this error:

I don't know how to fix this, I don't know how to programe Java.
Using: Spigot 1.8.6
(I'm using this plotme because the newer version doesn't work)
