   I've seen a lot of plugins around that uses the new 1.8 feature for screen messages, but none of them are able to send this kind of message to a specific player, if anyone could make this plugin or just an add-on to the current ones would help me a lot, thanks for reading.

   @Atracador You can do this with a command! /title <player> subtitle "text below" (quotes required), /title <player> title "text above". Do the subtitle first because it only shows it when you set the title.
