Plugin Help Prison Cellblocks

Hi! I'm currently looking for a plugin for my prison server which allows me to have a world made of cellblocks pre-made maybe like a generator with multiverse and a few options like sizes and walls I'd also like it to have fees either when going into a cell and doing something /cell buy or /cell auto and maybe this could be an extent of PlotSquared, If anyone knows of a plugin or would be willing to create it for me plz let me know thanks
