Prevent certain villager trades

What I want:
I would like a plugin where you can prevent certain villager trades, like the mending book. This would be great for a survival world. It should prevent these trades on naturally spawned villagers and breeded ones.

You could edit the trades in a trades.yml file. There would be a section like "Librarian: trade: result: diamond; ingredient: emerald"

There is already a plugin like this, but it isn't developed since 2, and completely outdated: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/custom-village-trades.25792/

Maybe someone has some time.
