Prefix's?!?!?!?!?

Hi guys I am using PermissionsEx and I can't get it to work I can't get the permissions.yml to connect to the plugin and when I am on my server the prefix's aren't working either can someone help me?

er, chatmanager isnt essentials's. did you enabled chatmanager in config?

 

Oh I might have been wrong i have a thing called chat manager I don't know what it is.

If it mean SERVER BOMB which chat manager should I use?

it doesnt mean server bomb, it means nothing.
you need to enable chatmanager in its config.

sorry couldn't get it to you earlier but here it is

 

None of your plugins are loading....

 

Based on this startup log you have 0 plugins xD

 

Make sure that your plugins folder is /pathtoserver/plugins/ and not something like Plugins or plugin or something like that. Or just make sure you have jars in there if you expect them to load

 

Well there working on the server so I don't know what is up with that

The server folder is called Minecraftserver and my plugins are located here Minecraftserver/plugins and they are there should there be a folder with the plugins with the config and stuff in there should that be in the plugins folder or somewhere else?

Wait I looked on the console and it said the plugins were loading so that is a good sign but I downloaded the PermissionsEx chat manager but now I can not find the config folder even though I loaded the plugin can someone help with this problem sorry for being a pain but considering I am using PermissionsEx I thought it would be better for me to use the PermissionsEx ChatManager
