   Hey i was making my spawn and its kinda dark so i drank a night vision potion and it looks way better now so that got me thinking, this there a plugin that allows me to select and area with world edit and type a command and add a effect to all the players in the area, i couldnt find one so i came here hoping that some might be kind enough to make one for me.
   
   Commands:
   /ea (Name of Area)
   /ea set effect (Effects)
   /ea list (Shows all areas)
   /ea remove (Name of Area)
