Hi, I am currently looking for a plugin that allows the creation and usage of a certain potion to be disabled (including in beacons if possible). I want to allow certain potions (Instant Health, Speed, Fire Res, etc) and disable other potions (Instant Damage, Poison 1:30, etc) If anyone could begin this, that would be great. Thanks!
You could always black list these items on your server. I'm not too sure how you do it but it will prevent the creating of whatever item you blacklist. I don't think it will remove pots if they're already created though.
I know there's an option in essentials to block certain items on your server. But if that doesn't work check out http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/noitem/
