Question Possible to share console?

Hi! Me and a friend share this server which is essentially hosted from my PC. Is it possible that we can share the server so that if I'm not online to host it from my PC, she'd be able to run the server and join it?

I'm only imagining this would be possible if she had all the files on her PC too, as the console won't necessarily run it without them, unless there's a way to upload all files to an online host sort of thing and on the push of a button the server would start using the files? (HOME HOSTED STILL, NOT PAID; I'm not looking to purchase any software just to host a server for me & my friend).

As timtower said. Multicraft has a free plan, although not amazing. It's always a good option. Multicraft is secure and is easy to setup using their windows installer.
